Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies
This summer I worked at the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies, a small non-profit think tank primarily focused on raising the socioeconomic status and civic engagement of minority groups. I worked on the workforce policy team with a specific focus on two projects: a recent survey commissioned by the Joint Center on workers' (primarily workers of color) attitudes towards the future of work and automation, and a paper on the future of work in the Black Rural South.
